Supporting and developing people is a fundamental part of our business. Our clients work with us because of the quality solutions we create for their complex business problems and these solutions come from the brilliant minds of our team.
We know that people are happiest when they have clear direction and interesting work to do for which they are fairly rewarded. Part of creating that direction and fair reward is to provide definition of the roles within our business, giving individuals the opportunity to progress and develop over time.
However definitions can create constraints which can stifle creativity and be counterproductive. That’s why it’s important to understand the purpose of this framework.
It is more than just a job description, these pages lay out the expectations we have of all Fluenteers, with specific expectations at the varying levels of seniority. It is not a tick box exercise to get a job or a promotion, as every individual has different strengths and we don’t expect everyone to fulfil all the criteria at each level. It is to be used in conjunction with a subjective assessment of individual skills, confidence and experience to set, alongside a Director, a direction of travel for your career at Fluent.
